Born in Madrid, 1977, she studied in Spain and Italy, obtaining a degree in Fine Arts.
She has developed her artistic research in the countries where she has lived: Spain, Italy, France and Germany. She has also produced artistic projects while en route, during trips of several months duration.
Her subjects gravitate around existence, human beings, nature, perception, relationships and emotions. She works alternately with a realistic and an expressionist approach on portraits, landscapes, fragments of reality or compositions that start from subjectivity and remain closer to dreams. She explores these grounds through painting, drawing and sculpture.
Her work has been shown in group and solo exhibitions in Spain, Italy and France, receiving awards and honourable mentions on several occasions throughout her career.
In the past, she has combined her artistic activity with immersions in other realities, such as theatre. She has also been interested in the relationship between humans and nature, by experiencing periods working in a natural horsemanship centre and spending the harvesting season in chateaux and olive groves to better understand the process of creating essences such as wine and oil.
At the moment she alternates her creative work with art teaching in workshops and in state schools.
